A series of workouts using two resistance protocols 1- Landmine series (not the kinds you step on) 2-Kettlebells Each workouts purpose is to help build strength, muscular endurance and stability. Please perform each movement with moderate to light weight first. Once you understand the movements begin to add weight. Prevention of injury is better than cure. Please consult a licensed physician if you have a health issue.
